【摘要】:Resilientmoduluscanbeusedintheevaluationofmaterialsqualityandasinputforpavementdesign,evaluationandanalysis.Withthismethod,theeffectsoftemperatureandloadonresilientmoduluscanalsobeinvestigated.Note18212;Thequalityoftheresultsproducedbythisstandardaredependentonthecompetenceofthepersonnelperformingtheprocedureandthecapability,calibration,andmaintenanceoftheequipmentused.AgenciesthatmeetthecriteriaofPracticeD3666aregenerallyconsideredcapableofcompetentandobjectivetesting/sampling/inspection/etc.UsersofthisstandardarecautionedthatcompliancewithD3666alonedoesnotcompletelyassurereliableresults.Reliableresultsdependonmanyfactors;followingthesuggestionsofD3666orsomesimilaracceptableguidelineprovidesameansofevaluatingandcontrollingsomeofthosefactors.1.1Thistestmethodcoversproceduresforpreparingandtestinglaboratory-fabricatedorfield-recoveredcoresofbituminousmixturestodetermineresilientmodulusvaluesusingarepeated-loadindirecttensiontest.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsareregardedasthestandard.Valuesinparenthesesareforinformationaluse.1.3Aprecisionandbiasstatementforthisstandardhasnotbeendevelopedatthistime.Therefore,thisstandardshouldnotbeusedforacceptanceorrejectionofamaterialforpurchasingpurposes.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestolow-voltageswitchgearandcontrolgearASSEMBLIES(type-testedASSEMBLIES(TTA)andpartiallytype-testedASSEMBLIES(PTTA)),theratedvoltageofwhichdoesnotexceed1000Va.c.atfrequenciesnotexceeding1000Hz,or1500Vd.c.ThisstandardalsoappliestoASSEMBLIESincorporatingcontroland/orpowerequipment,thefrequenciesofwhicharehigher.Inthiscase,appropriateadditionalrequirementswillapply.ThisstandardappliestostationaryormovableASSEMBLIESwithorwithoutenclosure.NOTEAdditionalrequirementsforcertainspecifictypesofassembliesaregiveninsupplementaryIECstandards.ThisstandardappliestoASSEMBLIESintendedforuseinconnectionwiththegeneration,transmission,distributionandconversionofelectricenergy,andforthecontrolofelectricenergyconsumingequipment.ItalsoappliestoASSEMBLIESdesignedforuseunderspecialserviceconditions,forexampleinships,inrailvehicles,forhoistingequipmentorinexplosiveatmospheres,andfordomestic(operatedbyunskilledpersons)applications,providedthattherelevantspecificrequirementsarecompliedwith.ThisstandardappliesalsotoASSEMBLIESdesignedforelectricalequipmentofmachines.However,whereapplicabletheadditionalrequirementsofIEC60204-1havetobefulfilled.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoindividualdevicesandself-containedcomponents,suchasmotorstarters,fuseswitches,electronicequipment,etc.complyingwiththeirrelevantstandards.Theobjectofthisstandardistolaydownthedefinitionsandtostatetheserviceconditions,constructionrequirements,technicalcharacteristicsandtestsforlow-voltageswitchgearandcontrolgearASSEMBLIES.
