【摘要】:ThispartofEN302specifiesamethodfordeterminingtheeffectonbondstrengthofdamagetowoodfibrescausedbytheactionofacidsfromtheadhesiveduringclimaticcycling.Itissuitableforthefollowingapplications:a)assessingthecomplianceofadhesiveswithEN301;b)forassessingthesuitabilityandqualityofadhesivesforload-bearingtimberstructures;c)fordeterminingiftheadhesiveafterbondinghasadamaginginfluenceonthestrengthofthewoodduetochemicalaction.Thistestisintendedprimarilytoobtainperformancedatafortheclassificationofadhesivesforload-bearingtimberstructuresaccordingtotheirsuitabilityforuseindefinedclimaticenvironments.Thistestiscarriedoutonspruce(PiceaabiesL).Thismethodisintendedforusetoprovidenumericaldesigndataanddoesnotnecessarilyrepresenttheperformanceofthebondedmemberinservice.Itisnotintendedtobeusedtoassessthesuitabilityofadhesivesforthemanufactureofwood-basedpanels.NOTEAttentionisdrawntothefactthattheperformancerequirementestablishedinEN301fortheacidfibredamagetestappliesonlyifeither:1)theadhesivemixture,or2)oneoftheadhesivecomponents,whenappliedseparately,showsapHvaluelowerthan4,0,asdeterminedbyEN1245.
