【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60793containsdescriptionsofthefivemaintestmethodsconcerningthedeterminationofstresscorrosionsusceptibilityparameters.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishuniformrequirementsforthemechanicalcharacteristicstresscorrosionsusceptibility.Dynamicfatigueandstaticfatiguetestsareusedinpracticetodeterminestresscorrosionsusceptibilityparameters,dynamicn-valueandstaticn-value.Anyfibremechanicaltestshoulddeterminefracturestressandfatiguepropertiesunderconditionsthatmodelthepracticalapplicationascloseaspossible.Someappropriatetestmethodsareavailable:-A:Dynamicnvaluebyaxialtension(seeannexA);-B:Dynamicnvaluebytwo-pointbending(seeannexB);-C:Staticnvaluebyaxialtension(seeannexC);-D:Staticnvaluebytwo-pointbending(seeannexD);-E:Staticnvaluebyuniformbending(seeannexE).ThesemethodsareappropriatefortypesA1,A2andA3multimodeandtypeB1single-modefibres.Staticanddynamicfatiguetestmethodsshowcomparableresultsifbothtestsareperformedinthesameeffectivemeasuringtime.Fordynamicfatigueteststhismeansameasuringtimewhichis(n+1)timeslargerthanthemeasuringtimeofstaticfatiguetests.Whenusingstaticfatiguetestmethods,ithasbeenobservedthatforlongermeasuringtimesandconsequentlylowerappliedstresslevels,then-valueincreases.Therangeofmeasuringtimesofthestaticfatiguetests,giveninthisstandard,approachesthepracticalsituationbetterthanthatofthedynamicfatiguetests,whichingeneralareperformedinrelativelyshorttime-frames.Thesetestsprovidevaluesofthestresscorrosionparameter,n,thatcanbeusedforreliabilitycalculationsaccordingtoIEC62048.
