【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61982isapplicabletoperformanceandlifetestingofelectricalenergystoragesystemsforgeneralpurpose,trafficcompatible,lighturbanuseelectricroadvehiclesthataredesignedfortransportationofpassengersorgoodsincitycentredriving.Forthepurposesofthisstandard,theelectricalenergystoragesystemisdefinedasonethatisrechargedelectricallythoughsomeofthetestproceduresmaybeapplicabletofuelcellsandother“mechanically”rechargeablesystems.Thetestproceduresmayalsobeapplicabletoelectricalenergystoragesystemsusedinsometypesofhybrid-electricvehiclethoughdetailedconsiderationofelectricalenergystoragesystemsforhybridvehicleswillbeaddressedseparately.ThispartofIEC61982isnotapplicabletosystemsforspecialistvehiclessuchaspublictransportvehicles,refusecollectionvehicles,scootersorlargecommercialvehicles.Standardsrelatingtothetestproceduresforenergystoragesystemsforthesevehicleswillbedevelopedlaterasasupplementtothisstandard.Thetestproceduresaredefinedasafunctionofthevehiclerequirementsandwithoutreferencetotheactualcompositionoftheelectricalenergystoragesystemundertest.Theywillallowdirectcomparisonbetweentheperformanceofdifferenttypesofelectricalenergystoragesystemswhenusedforthesameduty.Theywillalsoallowdirectcomparisonbetweentheperformancesofthesametypeofelectricalenergystoragesystemwithdifferentcapacities,whenusedforthesameduty.Notethattherearethreefundamentaltests?.e.,testsforcapacity(range),power(performance),andlife.Allothertestsareoptional.Theresultsfromthetestprogrammearepresentedintheformof“performanceachieved”andnotintheformof“pass/fail”.NOTEThroughoutthisstandard,thewords“battery”or“batterysystem’’aretoberegardedassynonymouswiththewords“electricalenergystoragesystem’’sincethereareanumberofwaysinwhichelectricalenergycanbestoredwithouttheuseofelectrochemistry.
